Why am I posting all these drawings?
Because I used to draw all the time as a kid. And then as a teenager. And then I started to slow down. And then I eventually stopped.
And that little graph matched up nicely with my developing need to make my drawings “perfect”. And all I could see was how they were not. In every way.

I just dug my father's grave
As many of you know, my father passed away last year. His ashes have sat in my home office for the past year. My grandmother has been insistent that the ashes be scattered or buried for months, but circumstances kept getting in the way of us doing anything. Today, we finally went out to put them to rest.
